Very happy to announce that both of my artworks submitted to the prestigious Society of Canadian Artists 53rd International Open Juried exhibition were selected. The paintings are Under Cover and Rocky Point PEI and will be shown on line with SCA July 26th to October 31st instead of in the Papermill Gallery ( indoor exhibition not happening because of covid restrictions), and my painting "Twisted Tree", 14 by 18 inch , oil on canvas, has been accepted into the Scenes of Western Canada juried Exhibition in Vancouver Aug 16-29 at the Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery 1241 Cartwright St, Vancouver. Jurors were Gayle Adams SFCA and Belinda McNiece AFCA
Feeling Proud and Honoured right now. Once per year, The Artists for Conservation review Associate for a small number of candidates deserving of promotion to Signature Status. (every artist when they get juried into and accepted for this group start as an Associate member and could end up as Associate status for years and never get the recognition as they only select a tiny number.
